Trinity Homecraft is two people. Dad brings decades of hands-on work and does every job himself, start to finish. His son runs the rest: estimates, scheduling, messages, and follow-through, mostly from a phone between classes at TCU.
There is no showroom, no sales crew, and no subcontractor showing up in place of the person you spoke with. That is on purpose. It keeps prices honest and accountability simple.

No. Most customers never do. Text is the fastest way to reach us, and we reply the same day, including evenings and weekends. If you prefer a call, just say so.
Yes. Painting ranges include labor and a quality standard-grade paint. If you want a premium line, we price the difference at cost plus 10% and show you the receipt.
Your choice. Buy from our exact list with no markup, or we pick everything up and charge receipt cost plus a 10% procurement fee.
Work pauses, you get photos and a written change order with the added cost, and nothing extra happens until you approve it.
