We focus on smaller, single-story homes and projects that can be done carefully by one craftsman. We would rather be clear about our limits than promise a crew we do not have.
Two-story or large homes, high-access work, major remodeling, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gas, roofing, structural work, or hazardous-material remediation. Shower systems and waterproofing are not offered.
Painting comes first
Tell us exactly what needs paint. We separate walls, ceilings, trim, and doors so you are not paying for a scope you did not ask for.

Accent walls, darker-to-lighter changes, different sheens, and extra coats all affect the work. The planner asks about each. If you are undecided, choose “not sure” instead of guessing.

Standard tile in kitchens, entries, laundry rooms, and small floor areas. We check the existing surface first. Demolition, leveling, specialty layouts, and materials are separate scope items.

Minor drywall patches, caulking, cabinet hinges, door adjustments, shelves, and small trim fixes. No electrical connections, plumbing alterations, major wall replacement, or structural repairs.
$125 minimum visit · $280 four-hour labor block before offer. Parts and materials separate.

These are our proposed opening labor rates, not a claim about what every Fort Worth contractor charges. The planner shows materials separately and applies any eligible opening savings.
Build my project budgetPainting assumes 8–9 ft ceilings, sound surfaces, two finish coats, one color, and a clear work area. Paint, primer, tile, mortar, grout, parts, and other project supplies are separate. No undefined “all-inclusive” price.
5% off eligible labor for a household’s first booked project, up to $150 per project, while this opening offer is available. No cash value; not combined with other discounts. Materials, material taxes, procurement, disposal, permits, and outside trades are excluded. The labor minimum is applied before the discount. Eligibility and the exact saving are shown in your written quote; no payment is needed to request one.

Your materials, clearly handled
We agree on an exact product, finish, color, and quantity list first. You buy and have it ready before the job. No procurement fee; the material cost is still part of your overall budget.
You approve the materials list, budget, and 10% procurement fee in writing. A separate materials advance covers the agreed purchase, with receipts and reconciliation for unused funds or approved returns.
Send photos of labels, quantities, tile sizes, and condition. We confirm what can be used, what is missing, and who buys the rest. We do not assume leftover paint is a match.
The online allowance is not a store quote. The procurement fee is 10% of approved receipt cost, including material purchase tax, and is never discounted as labor. Custom-tinted paint and opened products may not be returnable; leftovers and any disposal are agreed in writing.
No mystery between quote and finish
One person does the hands-on work. We schedule around that reality, agree on a workable scope, and keep changes in writing.

Dad reviews condition, dimensions, age, access, and time. Some projects need a walkthrough; availability is confirmed, not assumed.
Surfaces, preparation, coats, colors, products, materials buyer, exclusions, schedule, and payment terms. The provider’s legal name and payment recipient are identified.
If something changes or hidden damage appears, the affected work pauses. You see the added scope, cost, and timing before approving it.
Review the agreed work, discuss touch-ups, reconcile materials, and receive a clear invoice and payment receipt.
The family behind the work
Dad is our one on-site worker. Painting, tile, patching, and practical small repairs are his strengths. I handle customer messages, project details, estimates, and scheduling.
We intentionally stay with smaller, single-story houses and manageable jobs. You know who is doing the work, and you know who to contact about the plan.
Before you ask for a quote
No. We focus on smaller, single-story homes because Dad works alone. The planner uses about 1,500 sq ft as an initial small-home guideline; 1,501–2,000 sq ft needs a scope review, and larger homes are outside our current launch focus. This is our planning policy, not a building-code threshold. Safe access matters even on a single-story home.
No. It is a planning model. The final written quote follows photos, measurements, product choices, and Dad’s review. If something is uncertain, the planner asks for review rather than displaying a made-up exact price. Quotes specify which prep, coats, materials, and cleanup are included.
Yes. Use the agreed list for product line, finish, color, and quantity. Or authorize us to purchase with a separate materials advance and a disclosed 10% procurement fee. The planner separates labor from materials either way; customer-bought materials are not “free.”
Trinity Homecraft is the name you see on this site. The written estimate and invoice identify the person providing your service and the exact legal name to pay. A payment request may use that person’s name rather than the brand. Check that it matches your paperwork; do not pay an unexplained or changed recipient. No payment is collected on this website.
We review the home’s age and scope before accepting work. Pre-1978 or unknown-age homes do not receive an automatic price; paid work disturbing old paint can require lead-safe certification and practices under the EPA RRP program. We do not offer lead or asbestos remediation, regulated trade work, or work requiring approvals outside our current scope.
No blanket licensing, bonding, or insurance claim is made on this website. Before booking, ask for the documentation relevant to the work. We do not offer plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gas, or other specialist trades.
No. See a planning budget before entering contact information. You can request an email reply without giving a phone number. If you choose text or a call, include the number you want us to use. Sending the form does not sign you up for marketing.
We do not promise every repair list fits a time block or every paint job finishes in a day. The written scope sets the schedule and any planned return visits. Additional work, material costs, or time are approved in writing before the affected work proceeds.
